Decided for Kirara I am going to fluff the yarn. To do this you just need a wire brush like for cats and brush the yarn. It takes a little it of elbow grease but the effect is well worth it! Make sure when fluffing to brush the pieces first before attaching. It will be easier to fluff them when they are separate. Right now I am just in beginning stages of this but will post more as she gets further along.
I mainly wanted to fluff her fur since she has a poofy mane. To keep the rest of her uniform I'm fluffing her whole body
